Scaliance Group ("Scaliance", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on our website scaliance.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with and the choices available to you. Scaliance operates between Montréal (Canada) and Cairo (Egypt).
By using the Site or communicating with us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form on the Site, book a meeting or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message or request.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived on the Site. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not send us any in your messages.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:

3. Basis and consent
We process your personal information on the basis of your consent (for example when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to you and operating our business. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8).
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share your information only in the following cases:
- Service providers. We rely on trusted third parties to help us operate, including a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Site hosting, analytics, meeting scheduling and recruiting tools. These providers process your information on our behalf, only to the extent necessary.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to understand how visitors use it (for example through analytics tools). You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may then not work as intended.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymise it.
