The origin

It started with a landscape architect who kept looking abroad.

Youssef El Saai spent a decade designing landscapes and public spaces on the Quebec and Canadian market, leading teams inside established design and engineering firms. To deliver, he often turned to talent overseas, and saw first-hand how much skill his home country, Egypt, could offer North American firms. At the same time, he watched the Gulf and Africa launch some of the most ambitious projects in the world, while most North American firms had little idea how to reach them. Two gaps, one idea: bring the talent here, and open the door there.

Our conviction

Two bridges, three ways to help.

Everything Scaliance does comes back to those two bridges, which is why the group works through three connected poles.
